Treating Medicaid clients who are Traumatic Brain Injury Survivors has been a
 
long term goal of mine. Last year Multnomah Mental Health gave me this
 
opportunity and since then the avenues for participation have continued to increase.
 
I am grateful.
 
Start: To find the OHP/ Health Share agency you belong to, check out both sides
 
of your membership card. Look for something like Washington, Multnomah,
 
Clackamas, or Family Care.

VANCOUVER WASHINGTON (medicaid):  

Molina Healthcare is now providing services replacing Columbia United Healthcare insurance. If you have not contacted Molina to become enrolled, you may do so by calling Member Services (800) 869-7175 option 2, who can assist you. In addition, Medical Transportation, the brokerage that Washington State uses, is also available for use to the Portland Oregon location. Call (360) 694-9997 or (800) 752- 9422.
