Services

TBI (Vocational Rehabilitation) Assessment 

Report that includes:

  • review of medical records (to be provided by OVRS office)
  • client interview (one or two visits of one hour each)
  • TBI brief screen (if Neuropsychological Evaluation is not part of the medical records)
  • vocational implications for treatment due to TBI (including if there are skills needed prior to vocational placement)
  • general recommendations (including overall needs such as individual treatment)
  • support groups or specific other therapies which may be helpful
 
Rehabilitation/Treatment Recommendations (1 hour or ½ hour) as part of an overall treatment plan.
 
Brief TBI screen for use with the TBI survivor (best with family/ friend present) Recommendations, referrals/ resources offered following screen.
 
Consultation (1 hour or 1/2 hour) often used to find community services or for a brief concern that  usually has an educational component.
